Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advertising Media Buyer located in Cairo, Egypt. Are you a performance-driven Media Buyer with hands-on experience across all major digital platforms? We're looking for a strategic thinker and technical expert who can take full ownership of advanced campaign execution, tracking, and optimization.

What You'll Do


• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).


• Manage and scale budgets efficiently to achieve ROAS and CPA targets.


• Integrate websites with all social platforms — including pixels, API conversions, and analytics tracking.


• Build advanced funnels, UTM tracking, and custom dashboards for reporting and performance analysis.


• Conduct deep audience research, A/B testing, and creative performance reviews.


• Collaborate with the content and web teams to ensure seamless user journeys from ad to conversion.

What We're Looking For


• 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer.


• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.


• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and conversion APIs.


• Advanced analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Bonus Points


• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or custom-built websites.


• Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, etc.).


• Creative mindset for ad copy and visuals.
