This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Sales position at Sala Furniture. The role involves daily tasks such as communicating with customers, conducting retail sales, providing excellent customer service, and showcasing furniture products to potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels.


• Showcase our furniture collections to clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.


• Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.


• Stay updated on furniture trends, design styles, and market demands to better serve customers.


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities.

Qualifications:


• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Passion for furniture design, home decor, and customer satisfaction.


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.


• Communication and Customer Service skills.


• Knowledge in Furniture industry.


• Attention to detail and ability to understand customer needs.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any other relevant software.
