Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring daily production activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Support the analysis of production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors, operators, and quality teams to maintain product standards.
  • Assist in preparing production reports and required documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Participate in root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction, 5S, etc.).
  • Learn and apply basic principles of production planning and scheduling.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Production Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering (Design & Production major)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in industrial/production environment (experience in foam, plastics, insulation, or similar manufacturing industries is a plus).
