We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and demonstrate the ability to identify and establish new business leads while managing client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Identify and establish new business leads through networking and research.

Sales Visits:
Organize and conduct sales visits to prospective clients.

Demonstrations and Training
: Provide demonstrations, training, and presentations to help clients understand our products and services.

Client Liaison:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Tender Preparation:
Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations in response to client inquiries.

Pre-sales and Post-sales Support:
Provide technical support before and after sales to ensure client success.

Analyze and Interpret:
Review technical requirements in tender documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate project feasibility and provide technical input.

Schedule Management:
Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines effectively.

Supplier Engagement:
Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality materials and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including reports and specifications.

Risk Assessment:
Conduct risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:
1 - 3 years in a similar role within the engineering sector.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.

Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Tendering Processes:
Familiarity with tendering processes and supplier management is a plus.

Language Proficiency:
Advanced English skills required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

: Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., ASME, ISO).
