Technical Coordinator (Fit-out Projects)

Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our team at Focal Building Solutions.

This role focuses on fit-out and interior design projects, supporting project teams and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet client and project requirements.

Manage and maintain all project documentation and technical records.

Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.

Identify and help mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

8–10 years of proven experience in technical coordination.

Previous experience in fit-out and interior design projects is essential.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
