Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for an Application Specialist. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing support for software applications, delivering technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as analyzing system performance to ensure optimal functionality. The individual will collaborate with other team members to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and end-user satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Application Support and Technical Support to assist users and maintain system reliability.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve system errors efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and provide user-friendly support.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in the healthcare or aesthetic services industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
