Title : Head of Applications :
This is a full-time role for a Head of Application (Oracle ) based in Cairo, Egypt, with hybrid working arrangements allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The individual in this role will lead application development efforts, oversee software development cycles, and ensure alignment with business goals. Key responsibilities include managing application projects, supervising development teams, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize and align IT initiatives, along with monitoring project progress, will be essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to evaluate complex scenarios and provide strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Software Development, with extensive experience in building and overseeing software applications.
- Demonstrated Team Management skills to effectively lead, mentor, and guide the application development team.
- Expertise in Project Management to manage application-related projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Oracle technologies and tools is strongly preferred.
