EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Architecture & Planning Industry Head of working.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of complete architectural working drawings.
  • Review and approve drawings to ensure compliance with design intent, project specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Coordinate closely with Design, Planning, Structural, MEP, and Technical Office teams to ensure full technical alignment.
  • Establish and maintain drawing standards, templates, detailing guidelines, and workflows.
  • Ensure proper document control, version management, and revision tracking.
  • Conduct technical audits and quality control checks on all working drawings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree is a plus).
  • From 10 to 15 years of experience in architectural working drawings, construction documentation, or technical office roles.
  • Mandatory experience in Architecture & Planning companies.
  • Proven experience leading working drawings or technical documentation teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
