Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Prepare issuance requests with high accuracy in accordance with established warehouse procedures.
  • Receive incoming shipments and return orders as per standard operating processes, with attention to packing material handling.
  • Maintain accurate and complete warehouse documentation, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Monitor inventory levels by performing regular physical counts and reconciling discrepancies with system data.
  • Ensure the efficient flow of materials to support construction or real estate project timelines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office programs for reporting, tracking, and communication tasks.
  • Operate within ERP systems (Oracle preferred) for inventory, procurement, and warehouse management functions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics personnel, maintaining a professional and proactive approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Oracle is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards in warehouse settings is an advantage.
