Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, addressing troubleshooting requests, maintaining and managing desktop computers, and supporting the school's information technology needs. Additional responsibilities include managing help desk support activities and resolving technical issues efficiently to ensure seamless IT operations within the school.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience with Desktop Computers and servicing related hardware/software
- Solid understanding of Information Technology principles and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
