Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Engagement Specialist – U.S. Projects, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer feedback, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to the overall customer experience strategy.
About the Role:
As a
Client Relations Executive
, you'll act as the bridge between our U.S. clients and internal teams. Your mission is to ensure smooth communication, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. You'll manage client accounts, handle requests, and maintain professional, long-term relationships that contribute to business success.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent English speakers (spoken & written)
- Graduates only
- Previous experience in
Customer Service, Account Management, or Call Center Operations
is a plus - Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
