Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our specialized industrial maintenance and repair services — including hot tapping, flange management, re-tubing, and cold cutting — while providing strong technical and commercial support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.

  • Conduct technical presentations and meetings to promote company services and solutions.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and technical proposals in coordination with the engineering team.

  • Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure accurate scope definition and successful project execution.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key industry contacts.

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial services sales, preferably in hot tapping, flange management, re-tubing, or cold cutting operations.

Technical Knowledge
:

  • Strong understanding of pipeline repair and maintenance techniques.

  • Familiarity with flange integrity management and cold cutting applications.

  • Basic knowledge of re-tubing and turnaround maintenance processes.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
