We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Marketing Manager
with strong experience in the
Food/FMCG sector
to lead brand growth, oversee product marketing, and drive market penetration. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the company's food products.
  • Lead brand positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and social media campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Manage product launches and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze ROI.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of marketing experience in the
    Food/FMCG industry
    (mandatory).
  • Proven success in brand management and product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Creativity, innovation, and strong business acumen.
