Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction challenges promptly.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Interpret architectural drawings and specifications, providing guidance to site teams for accurate implementation.

Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documenting progress, issues, and solutions.

Ensure all construction activities align with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Facilitate communication between the design office and on-site teams to address technical queries and design modifications.

Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays, proposing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Support the handover process by ensuring all architectural elements are completed to the highest quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural site engineering or a related field.

Proven track record of managing architectural aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to interpret and implement architectural drawings and specifications on-site.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Proficiency in project management tools and site reporting software.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and site conditions.
