Your Role – Learn, Grow, and Make an Impact

• Design, configure, and implement Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) systems for MV switchgear and Ring Main Unit (RMU) applications.
• Integrate RTUs with SCADA and automation systems in line with client and project requirements.
• Prepare wiring diagrams, connection schematics, and related technical documentation.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT); support on-site commissioning and start-up.
• Troubleshoot and resolve RTU-related issues during installation and operation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compatibility of hardware and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus).
• Stay current with communication standards, networking protocols, and automation technologies.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project clarity and success.
• Ensure all activities align with project timelines, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Provide technical documentation and support for project handover and future maintenance.

Your Qualifications – Bright, Curious, and Eager to Learn

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• First work experience in RTU system design, configuration, or integration—especially for MV switchgear or RMU.
• Familiarity with substation automation, SCADA architectures, and communication network design.
• Experience with testing tools, diagnostic software, or communication analyzers is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and support field activities as needed.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine interest in building a long-term career in smart grid and digital energy technologies.
