Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Reels Videographer to produce high-quality short-form videos (10–60 seconds) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The role involves filming, editing, and adding motion effects, ensuring content aligns with the brand identity and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shoot short-form videos (Reels):
    Use professional cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless) or high-quality mobile setups. Ensure content is delivered in 4K or high-resolution suitable for digital platforms.
  • Editing & Post-Production:
    Cut and assemble footage into engaging videos. Add music, text, and motion graphics when needed.
  • Creative Development:
    Participate in creative planning sessions. Suggest new styles or scenarios to increase audience engagement.
  • Equipment & Location Management:
    Prepare shooting locations with proper lighting and backgrounds. Handle and maintain all camera and production equipment.
  • Time Management:
    Deliver projects within deadlines. Collaborate with marketing and media teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in short-form video production (Reels / TikTok / Instagram).
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (motion graphics), Final Cut Pro (optional).
  • Strong filming skills including lighting, angles, and motion.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of social media best practices for short-form content.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience shooting marketing or product videos.
  • Ability to propose innovative content ideas.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site at various locations.
