About the Role

We are looking for a talented
Videographer & Video Editor
to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that reflects our brand, supports our marketing campaigns, and showcases our products (Academia ERP, LMS, Smart Sigma custom software, etc.).

This role is ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and ads.
  • Film interviews, testimonials, promo videos, product demos, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
  • Ensure all shoots follow brand style, framing, and visual identity.

2. Video Editing

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos ready for publishing.
  • Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and color grading.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.
  • Maintain consistent visual style across all videos.

3. Content Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate scripts, storyboards, and ideas into strong visuals.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and campaign managers to deliver high-performing video assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose creative video concepts.

4. Technical Quality Control

  • Ensure high-quality output with proper lighting, sound, color, and composition.
  • Manage and organize media files, backups, and archives.
  • Stay up to date with video trends, editing styles, and platform-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and audio.
  • Experience in creating both short-form and long-form content.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Creativity, strong attention to detail, and ability to bring ideas to life.
  • Knowledge of social media trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with animation or motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven video tools (e.g., Veo, Runway, Krea).
  • Photography skills.
  • Experience in shooting product demos or tech-related content.
