Business_Development_Manager

Location: #Sheraton, Cairo – Egypt

Employment Type:#Full_time #Hybrid

Key_Responsibilities**

-Identify new opportunities in e-Government, smart cities, mobility, ticketing, and digital payments.

-Track upcoming tenders and maintain an early-stage opportunity pipeline.

-Lead initial customer meetings to understand needs and position GET Group solutions.

-Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and solution architecture teams to shape value propositions.

-Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers and implementation partners.

-Prepare concept notes, capability presentations, and support proposal development.

-Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies; provide regular market insights.

-Coordinate internally with Sales Managers and Product Owners to align hashtag


Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).

-8–12 years of experience in business development, solution consulting, or pre-sales.

-Strong exposure to government and enterprise digital transformation projects in Egypt/MENA.

-Experience with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.

Skills

-Strong strategic thinking and solution conceptualization.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English).

-Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

-Good understanding of software business models (licenses, SaaS, subscriptions).

-Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently.
