Senior Visual Content Lead---Role Summary

Responsible for planning and delivering integrated visual content across online and offline channels. By understanding local consumer insights, you will craft differentiated visual strategies and ensure clear, engaging brand communication at every touchpoint. You will lead the creative direction for key visuals, product photoshoots, and video production, and effectively manage trusted local suppliers to deliver high-quality, market-relevant content.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead planning and creative direction for product photoshoots (studio or on-site).
  2. Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D/Blender to create stunning visuals.
  3. Build localized KV visuals for campaigns, e-commerce listings, and in-store materials.
  4. Adapt brand templates for different channels (TikTok, Meta, e-commerce, retail).
  5. Create reusable visual systems to support ongoing marketing activities.
  6. Collaborate on BTL activations, including store displays, roadshows, and launch event visuals.

Requirements

  1. Solid graphic design foundation with a strong eye for aesthetics.
  2. Experience with basic 3D modeling and combining 3D + 2D assets.
  3. Familiar with social and e-commerce visual trends.
  4. Experience in BTL marketing, including visual design for store displays, roadshows, and product launch events.
  5. English level: very good.

Preferred

  • Experience working with well-known international consumer electronics brands such as Anker, Xiaomi, Sony, Lenovo, or similar.
  • Bonus: experience in electronics or youth-driven consumer brands.
