MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for leading the visual design direction across various digital and print platforms, ensuring cohesive, innovative, and high-quality designs that align with the brand's identity and business goals. This role is responsible for translating marketing strategies and briefs into compelling visual content that supports business objectives, enhances brand consistency, and elevates the overall creative output.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Execution & Brand Consistency

  • Lead the visual design process for digital and print projects from concept to delivery.
  • Design and develop visual assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, events, signage, brochures, and digital content.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Adapt creative concepts to suit different audiences (B2B, B2C, internal, external).
  • Work closely with content, digital, and campaign teams to bring integrated marketing ideas to life.
  • Review and refine design outputs to ensure visual clarity, technical accuracy, and creative excellence.
  • Maintain and organize design templates, brand assets, and creative libraries for projects and the office.

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Strong visual design and layout skills with a keen eye for details.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
  • Figma and/or XD
  • Solid understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D, or environmental branding is a plus
  • Agency background is a strong advantage

Basic Requirements

  • Related Degree in Engineering
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in business development, quantity surveying, or contracts in the field of construction

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Proven portfolio showcasing a range of design work (digital, print, branding)
  • Experience working on large-scale campaigns or cross-functional projects
  • Exposure to media production or site branding is an advantage
