Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing performance management processes. This person will collaborate with teams and leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and support employees throughout their lifecycle to contribute to a thriving work environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) management
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective Performance Management initiatives
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification or equivalent qualification is advantageous
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively in an on-site setting
  • Understanding of the BPO industry and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a strong plus
