Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Reef Oasis Beach Resort - Reef Oasis Senses Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff schedules, handle guest inquiries or complaints, and coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth operational workflows. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining quality control, and providing high-level supervision to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong team leadership, staff management, and problem-solving skills to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Guest relations and communication skills to engage with guests, address concerns, and maintain high service standards.
- Organizational and time management skills for efficient scheduling, prioritizing, and multitasking.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools for administrative tasks and data handling.
- Adept knowledge of safety protocols and hotel operations standards for ensuring compliance and quality control.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly recommended.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered an asset.
