Lead and supervise the technical office team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables.

Oversee the preparation, review, Technical study of customer requests (components and manufacturing processes) for non-standard products (storage systems, hydraulic lifts, metal forming, and electrical panels). and approval of technical drawings, shop drawings, and project documentation.

Issuance of a cost estimate report for manufacturing the products under study and pricing.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align technical requirements and project timelines.

Develop and implement technical office procedures, standards, and best practices to optimize productivity.

Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and propose effective solutions to ensure timely completion.

Manage the documentation and archiving of all technical office records, drawings, and correspondence.

Review and validate material submittals, method statements, and technical reports for compliance with project specifications.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to address technical queries and ensure project alignment.

Conduct regular team meetings, provide technical guidance, and support the professional development of team members.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in all technical office activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in engineering (specially in, steel structure, architecture, civil engineering or related).

Strong knowledge of technical office procedures, documentation, and project coordination.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SAP 2000 or similar applications.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in technical documentation.

Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations relevant to lifting equipment, metal fabrication, or construction.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
