Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide a memorable shopping experience that reflects the brand's image and service excellence.
  • Understand customers' needs and guide them in selecting products that match their style and preferences.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
  • Handle all point-of-sale operations including cash handling, card transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in daily store operations including stock receiving, replenishment, tagging, pricing, and merchandise display in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, cleanliness, and organization at all times.
  • Stay updated on product features, collections, and fashion trends to confidently communicate brand stories and styling advice.
  • Support stock management by conducting regular counts, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting in loss prevention efforts.
  • Remain vigilant to minimize risks such as theft, fraud, or security breaches.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to achieving overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Presentable, energetic, and passionate about fashion and styling.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
