Qualifications

  • Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP and infrastructure specialists, to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for water and infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to secure necessary approvals and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Implement innovative engineering solutions to optimize project efficiency and sustainability.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and project updates to management and clients.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within water, MEP, or infrastructure sectors
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex engineering projects from inception to completion
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
  • Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation, reports, and cost estimates
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by project demands
