Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor and Admissions Officer located in New Cairo. The role involves guiding students through the university application and admissions processes, offering tailored academic and career advice, and providing essential support with study options and destinations. Regular interactions with students and families will be required to ensure clear communication and a smooth transition to their educational journey. The role also involves daily administrative duties to efficiently manage applications and maintain student records.

Qualifications

  • Excellent experience in Student Counseling and/or Career Counseling to provide tailored guidance on educational and professional pathways
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and effectively convey program details
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and their families
  • Background in the education sector, understanding of academic programs, and study abroad processes
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
