Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and talented
Junior Graphic Designer
to join our design team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with senior designers, marketing, and content teams to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity. You will assist in the development of various design materials for both digital and print, including social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

• Assist in creating a wide range of design materials, including social media posts, web graphics, email templates, presentations, brochures, and print collateral.
• Support the design team in developing new design concepts for marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional materials.
• Create designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy.

Collaboration with Teams:

• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design needs and provide creative solutions.
• Collaborate with senior designers to refine and improve designs, ensuring high-quality output.
• Take feedback and direction from senior designers and team leads to make revisions and adjustments to designs.

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style across all channels and materials.
• Help create and maintain an organised digital library of design assets and templates for easy access by the team.

Creative Support:

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide fresh ideas for design concepts.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating new ideas and technologies into your work.
• Participate in team meetings, providing input and collaborating to achieve design goals.

File Management and Organisation:

• Prepare and format design files for printing and digital use, ensuring high-quality output.
• Manage and organise design files, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use and collaboration.

Time Management and Deadlines:

• Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
• Deliver design work on time and to the highest standards while managing workload effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
  in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, internships, or freelance work.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of web design and digital platforms (HTML, CSS, or WordPress experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior designers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas clearly.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work, including both digital and print materials.
