Role Description

As the Infrastructure Section Head, you will oversee and manage the infrastructure projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising infrastructure operations, managing IT service requirements, leading project teams, and implementing network security measures. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in Infrastructure and IT Service Management
  • Demonstrated abilities in Team Leadership and Project Management
  • Expertise in Network Security practices and protocols
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, IT, or relevant field; Master's degree is preferred
  • Professional certifications in IT Service Management or Project Management (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
