Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Development: Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of diverse content types, including but not limited to website copy, video scripts, and social media captions.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage content calendars, oversee the scheduling and publishing of content across various social media platforms, and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights.
  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards across all client accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and media buying teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaign objectives and visual aesthetics.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously research and implement new content trends, tools, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related creative field.
  • +3 years of proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role, preferably within a marketing agency setting.
  • Experience in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
  • Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional writing, storytelling, content creation skills, and marketing strategy across different formats.
  • Language Proficiency: Native-level proficiency in Arabic and excellent command of English, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
  • Creativity: High level of creativity and innovation, with an eye for compelling visuals and engaging narratives.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools, and basic analytics platforms. Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
