Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in "Smart Solutions," located in Cairo. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored smart automation solutions for homes, buildings, and hotels. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with customers to ensure satisfaction and project success. The role involves combining technical expertise with a customer-focused approach to create value-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering within the automation or smart solutions industry.
- Ability to provide excellent Technical Support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the implementation of solutions.
- Strong Communication skills, including presenting solutions to clients and building effective relationships.
- Understanding of Sales principles and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Technical degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work onsite in Cairo and adapt to clients' locations as needed.
