To maintain a competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new "Principal Delivery Lead"

Job purpose:

Regional leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of product roadmaps across one or more regions. This includes full ownership of feature planning, coordination, and delivery within assigned regional scopes.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap for one or more regions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and tracking of features, ensuring timely execution, cross-squad coordination, and clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge with regional business stakeholders, setting clear expectations on delivery timelines, scope, and outcomes.
  • Lead Program Increment (PI) planning activities, ensuring alignment across squads, proper scoping of initiatives, and realistic capacity planning.
  • Own the release management process for regional roadmap features, coordinating with product, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, identifying bottlenecks, optimizing team collaboration, and ensuring agile best practices are embedded at scale.
  • Make informed delivery decisions at the tribe/regional level, including reprioritization, timeline adjustments, and resolution of cross-functional delivery challenges.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of project management experience, including at least 3-4 years of hands-on Agile experience, with a strong background in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies.
  • BSC in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Scrum certification is a Must (CSM/PSM I/SAFe)
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM and SAFe

  • Payment Gateway Experience is a prefer.
  • FinTech background is a prefer.
  • Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development.
  • Understand other processes and methodologies and should be able to articulate them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team.
  • Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures.
  • Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team.
  • Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics.
  • Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
