Role Overview:

The Head of Qwell Clubs is responsible for the creation, management, and growth of all employee and customer-focused clubs under the Qwell brand. This includes designing engaging initiatives that support wellness, learning, networking, and team cohesion. The role ensures that each club aligns with Qwell's mission to foster a dynamic, inclusive, and community-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall vision, objectives, and strategy for Qwell Clubs.
  • Align club activities with Qwell's organizational goals, culture, and values.
  • Lead and mentor club coordinators, volunteers, or cross-functional teams.

Club Development & Management

  • Launch and oversee a range of clubs (e.g., Wellness, Fitness, Book Club, CSR, Innovation Lab).
  • Establish structure, policies, and guidelines for effective club operations.
  • Track membership, engagement, and growth metrics for each club.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and regular club meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Ensure logistics, communications, and post-event evaluations are well-managed.

Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Promote clubs internally through newsletters, email campaigns, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Encourage participation and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all club-related inquiries.

Reporting & Budgeting

  • Monitor budgets and resources for all club activities.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on club performance, impact, and ROI.
  • Propose new initiatives based on employee interests, wellness trends, or business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, community development, or program management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven team coordination ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about wellness, culture, and employee experience.
