Technical Office Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Design Review:
- Review technical submission and design layout as well as material submitterز
- Review of architectural designs to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external design teams to ensure the feasibility and functionality of architectural solutions.
- Address design changes and ensure they are communicated and implemented effectively.
Coordination & Integration:
- Coordinate between the consultants and contractors ensuring that all requirements are conveyed clearly
- Coordinate with quantity surveyors for change orders.
- Coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure seamless integration of all disciplines
Management:
•Manage the development and integration of BIM models for architectural works, ensuring that all models are updated regularly and in line with project progress.
• Utilize Revit for producing, modifying, and managing architectural documentation.
• Mange the technical and department issues and Documenting project issues.
• Manage the technical team in control and engineering section and monitoring the performance measures related to technical part.
Planning & Development:
• Plan and maintain project budget and schedule planning activities with team and manager.
• Attend progress and technical meeting, discuss and suggest technical proposal.
• Maintain organized and detailed project record.
• Maintain, coaching and developing the engineering team members.
Job Requirements:
•
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering.
•
Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design office and construction technical office.
•
Excellent knowledge of the Primera, office package and cad programs.
•
Proficient in BIM and Revit, with extensive experience using these tools for design review and drawing production is plus.
•
In-depth knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and building regulations.
•
Problem-solving abilities, particularly in resolving design conflicts.
•
Excellent communication and teamwork skills and strong leadership.
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
