Job Description:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.

Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.

Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and workflow.

Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.

Monitor and follow up on VIP visits, ensuring all arrangements are handled efficiently and to the highest standards.

Oversee and coordinate housekeeping and security operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily activities within the premises.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and training sessions.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in an office environment.
