Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Specialist, located in New Cairo. The Admin Specialist will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, supporting office operations, and addressing customer inquiries. Daily activities include organizing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, assisting in financial tracking, and ensuring efficient office workflows. The role also requires the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth flow of office operations.
  • Analytical Skills to review and process data accurately, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding or experience in Finance to support financial tracking and reporting activities.
  • Proficiency in common office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is advantageous.
