Mid-level / Senior Backend Developer
who enjoys solving complex problems, building robust systems, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Mid-level / Senior (3 years)


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
    NestJS
  • Build scalable and maintainable
    RESTful and/or event-driven systems
  • Implement and manage
    event-driven architectures
    (queues, messaging, async workflows)
  • Write and maintain
    unit and integration tests
  • Design, optimize, and maintain
    database schemas and queries
  • Ensure system
    performance, security, and reliability
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and product teams
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    and
    architectural discussions


Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in backend development
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    NestJS
    and
    TypeScript
  • Experience with
    event-driven systems
    (message queues, pub/sub, background jobs)
  • Solid understanding of
    unit testing
    and test-friendly or TDD practices
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (
    PostgreSQL, MySQL
    , or similar)
  • Experience with ORMs (
    TypeORM, Prisma, Sequelize
    , etc.)
  • Good understanding of
    REST APIs
    , authentication, and authorization
  • Familiarity with
    Git
    and collaborative development workflows


Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of
    NoSQL databases
    (Redis, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
  • Cloud experience (
    AWS, GCP, or Azure
    )
  • Experience with
    Docker
    and containerized applications
