Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Consultant located in New Cairo. The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting services. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, implementing customized solutions, and ensuring smooth system integrations. The consultant will work closely with sales teams to offer technical expertise and solutions that align with business goals.

Responsbilities:

Help Project Managers to unlock their tasks which are assigned to the technical team

Design and implement NetSuite Customization scripts and solutions

Design and implement Celigo Integration flows (Custom/IA)

Client Facing and brainstorming sessions

Help resources to unlock their questions related to project tasks

Follow up with Project Managers for resource allocation and utilization

Managing the projects as per timelines.

Make sure that The billable hours are maintained as per expectations

Keep the teams' morale up.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
  • Minimum 2 – 6 years of developing and consulting Experience
  • Experience in Consulting and providing tailored technical solutions
  • Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Strong coding and scripting experience with JavaScrip (REST APIs) (SQL) ( SOAP ) ( GRAPH QL )
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • ERP, ETL tools experience is a must.
  • English Fluency is a must.
