  • Oversee and coordinate the delivery of goods, food supplies, and hotel equipment.

  • Work closely with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure availability of required items.

  • Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and update records accurately.

  • Manage daily logistics operations to support all hotel departments (kitchen, housekeeping, front office, etc.).

  • Prepare and check shipping documents and supplier invoices.

  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Support cost-control initiatives by identifying efficient logistics solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the hospitality or F&B sector.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management/logistics systems.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
