Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for administering HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Daily tasks will include employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee development.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies skills
  • HR Management and Personnel Management skills
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Cairo office.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Multitasking skills (can handle recruitment, payroll, legal, and office setup).
  • Startup/expansion experience (comfortable building processes from scratch).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR experience in Egypt.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.
  • Knowledge of local social insurance/tax laws.
