Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Field Audit Representative. The role involves conducting field audits to ensure compliance with company standards, evaluating operational practices, providing detailed reports, and identifying areas for improvement. The individual will frequently interact with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and support their needs. Additionally, providing training and guidance to teams and supporting sales activities are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Field Service and conducting operational audits in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service, responding to inquiries, and addressing client concerns effectively.
  • Ability to deliver effective Training sessions to teams for process improvements and compliance.
  • Basic understanding of Sales principles and techniques to support business development activities.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to evaluate operations and identify areas for optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a field audit or related role is an advantage.
