We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Audit Manager
to lead and manage our audit team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in auditing, with a strong background in both financial and operational audits. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex audit engagements, develop strong client relationships, and provide leadership to the audit team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with complex audits in sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, or technology.
  • Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Audit Engagements
    : Plan, execute, and manage audits across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB).
  • Client Relationship Management
    : Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensure their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    : Supervise, mentor, and guide junior audit staff and senior associates in their professional development. Provide ongoing feedback and support to ensure high team performance.
  • Risk Assessment
    : Identify and assess audit risks and internal control weaknesses. Provide recommendations for improvements to clients' internal controls and operations.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance
    : Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with relevant financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management
    : Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
  • Audit Documentation & Reporting
    : Oversee the preparation and review of audit working papers, financial statements, and audit reports. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all deliverables.
  • Special Projects & Consultations
    : Provide advisory services on complex financial and operational matters, including mergers and acquisitions, internal control assessments, and regulatory compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement
    : Stay up to date on changes in accounting regulations, audit methodologies, and industry trends. Drive improvements in audit processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
