Design Manager | Studio Être – Cairo, Egypt

Studio Être is seeking an experienced
Design Manager
to lead the creative execution of our projects and translate the Founder's vision into distinctive, timeless design outcomes.

As a key leadership role, the Design Manager will oversee concept development, ensure design integrity across all deliverables, and guide the design team toward excellence in both creativity and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the design process from concept to client presentation.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of designers.
  • Review and approve all design deliverables to ensure alignment with studio standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder and Head of Technical for seamless project integration.
  • Engage with clients, consultants, and suppliers to maintain quality and consistency across all stages.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in interior design or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage design teams and deliver high-caliber design outcomes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Deep understanding of contemporary design principles and material applications.
