Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer, based in Qesm El Maadi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetic design solutions while considering the practical aspects of construction. Day-to-day tasks involve space planning, developing detailed interior design concepts, producing precise construction drawings, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and an understanding of high-quality fit-outs and FF&E selection are integral to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection
  • Skills in Space Planning and Architecture to optimize and enhance designs
  • Expertise in creating Construction Drawings for accurate project execution
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation in design is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
