, an
ESG Analyst / Associate
plays a key role in supporting clients' sustainability journeys through robust ESG reporting, disclosures, and performance tracking. The role involves working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to
collect, validate, and analyze ESG and sustainability data
in alignment with leading global frameworks such as
GRI, SASB, TCFD, UNGC, and the UN SDGs
.

The Analyst / Associate will be responsible for preparing
sustainability and impact reports
, conducting
materiality assessments
, benchmarking peer disclosures, and ensuring alignment with international standards and evolving stakeholder expectations. The role also requires
direct engagement with internal and external stakeholders
—including through interviews, surveys, and workshops—to capture meaningful insights that shape disclosure priorities and sustainability strategies.

This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with
senior management and ESG leads
, contributing directly to projects that strengthen corporate transparency, sustainability performance, and long-term impact.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or master's degree in
    Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years
    of relevant experience in ESG reporting, sustainability consulting, or corporate sustainability roles
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
    (spoken & written)
  • Solid understanding of
    ESG frameworks and reporting standards
    (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UNGC, etc.)
  • Proven ability to
    gather, structure, and interpret ESG data
    and translate findings into actionable insights and disclosures
  • Experience or exposure to
    stakeholder engagement
    activities (surveys, interviews, workshops) is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail in a
    dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
    ; familiarity with ESG data management tools or sustainability software is a plus
  • Formal ESG or sustainability certifications
    (e.g., GRI Certified, CFA ESG, ISSP, or equivalent) are a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
