We're looking for a highly organized
Personal Assistant (Excellent French)
for a leading company locted in New Cairo.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and prioritize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Screen calls and emails; respond or forward as appropriate.
- Manage expense reports and maintain filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and business projects
- Support the CEO in research, analysis, and decision-making preparation
- Monitor deadlines, KPIs, and executive deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 10 to 12 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or a CEO assistant is a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite, calendar tools, and travel platforms.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Excellent in French is a must
