We're looking for a highly organized
Personal Assistant (Excellent French)
for a leading company locted in New Cairo.

Key Responsibilities

    • Schedule and prioritize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports.
    • Screen calls and emails; respond or forward as appropriate.
    • Manage expense reports and maintain filing systems.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and business projects
  • Support the CEO in research, analysis, and decision-making preparation
  • Monitor deadlines, KPIs, and executive deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 10 to 12 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or a CEO assistant is a must
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite, calendar tools, and travel platforms.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent in French is a must
