Principal Accountabilities

· To ensure the technicians are carrying out the assigned jobs as per schedule.

· To clarify technical issues and assist the technicians in executing their jobs.

· To assist at solving all major problems (electrical and mechanical) during service.

· To handle all customer complaints at the site and solve those which are within his purview.

· To supervise the technicians and ensure there is discipline and no tensions while executing the job.

· To ensure timely transportation for the technicians back and forth.

· To ensure branch achievement of all quality objectives as set forth in the company and divisional quality plan and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in all customer dealings on both internal and external customer level.

· To provide efficient, courteous timely service to all customer requests and enquiries.

Person specification

· A bachelor's degree of Engineering

· 1-3 years of relevant experience

· Skills in Building Maintenance, Building Services, and Facility Management (FM)

· Experience in Maintenance & Repair and HVAC systems

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning system issues

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to work on-site in Giza
