Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business and operational activities, manage resources and staff, and ensure the efficiency of operational processes. Responsibilities include supervising teams to meet organizational goals, developing and optimizing operational strategies, monitoring budgets, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high service standards for client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Expertise in operations planning, process improvement, and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and reporting
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or related industries is advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are preferred
  • Prior professional experience in a managerial or operations role
