  • Analyze complex business process requirements and deliver appropriate system solutions.
  • Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design, customize, configure, and test HCM and SF modules.
  • Identify gaps, issue, and propose workaround solutions.
  • Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot and resolve software problems.
  • Manage changes or emergency transports for high-priority issues.
  • Prepare documentation including functional designs, test cases, and results.
  • Proactively suggest business process or system enhancements.
  • Provide consulting services for new implementations and ongoing support projects.
  • Serve as a bridge between business functions and technical teams.
  • Deliver ad-hoc training and user support when needed.
  • Work independently and may mentor junior team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, MIS, or a similar discipline
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
  • SAP experience supporting HCM and SF modules.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Rise is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge in integration with FICO and other SAP modules.

SAP Expertise

  • Hands-on experience and strong knowledge in SAP modules, with a track record of delivering at least two full-cycle implementations in two or more of the following:
  • Organization Management
  • Personnel Administration
  • Payroll
  • Time Evaluation
  • HCM Fiori Apps
  • SAP SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, EC Core HR, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning)
