We are seeking an experienced
Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
to support and enhance the government's Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and implement Oracle HCM modules effectively.
  • Provide functional and technical support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
  • Develop and improve HR processes, including Attendance and Time Management.
  • Participate in system enhancements, configurations, and integration with other government systems.
  • Prepare documentation, update user manuals, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and validate proposed system changes.

Qualifications and Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience
    working with Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
