Job Description
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and implement hiring plans aligned with the company's workforce strategy.
- Post vacancies on recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Indeed) and source candidates via social media and professional networks.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the full recruitment cycle up to onboarding.
- Maintain and update the talent database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
2. Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Coordinate onboarding plans for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Prepare onboarding materials and orientation schedules in collaboration with department heads.
- Collect feedback from new employees to enhance onboarding effectiveness.
3. Organizational Development
- Participate in designing and implementing OD initiatives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Support the design and execution of training and development programs based on training needs analysis.
- Assist in performance management processes (goal setting, evaluation, and feedback).
- Contribute to developing job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career path structures.
- Monitor and support employee engagement and retention programs.
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze recruitment and OD metrics (time-to-hire, turnover rate, training impact, etc.).
- Prepare regular reports for management on hiring progress and OD initiatives.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience
in
Recruitment and/or Organizational Development
within the
manufacturing industry
(Furniture industry is highly preferable). - Familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, and talent management tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
