Job Description
1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Develop and implement hiring plans aligned with the company's workforce strategy.
  • Post vacancies on recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Indeed) and source candidates via social media and professional networks.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the full recruitment cycle up to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the talent database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.

2. Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Coordinate onboarding plans for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and orientation schedules in collaboration with department heads.
  • Collect feedback from new employees to enhance onboarding effectiveness.

3. Organizational Development

  • Participate in designing and implementing OD initiatives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Support the design and execution of training and development programs based on training needs analysis.
  • Assist in performance management processes (goal setting, evaluation, and feedback).
  • Contribute to developing job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career path structures.
  • Monitor and support employee engagement and retention programs.

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze recruitment and OD metrics (time-to-hire, turnover rate, training impact, etc.).
  • Prepare regular reports for management on hiring progress and OD initiatives.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in
    Recruitment and/or Organizational Development
    within the
    manufacturing industry
    (Furniture industry is highly preferable).
  • Familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, and talent management tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
